ManTech International has announced that it has received a task order to support the Product Director for Counter Radio-controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (CREW). The CREW systems, part of the Warlock Program, will support DOD forces deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Southwest Asia region.

This assignment was given to ManTech in its role as a subcontractor to CSC under the Army Communications-Electronic Life Cycle Command Management Rapid Response Contract. The competitively awarded task order, which has a base-year, and one option-year, has an approximate value to ManTech of $114 million over two years with potential expansion to occur based on customer requirements.

ManTech anticipates that support under this task order will incorporate services from existing contracts as well as additional support to new and existing customers.

ManTech will provide a substantial level of the services ordered under the task order in support of the readiness directorate field service support division to include deployed rapid response logistics and repairs management for unique and specialized systems, logistics and inventory management and structural facility enhancement.

“ManTech supports the U.S. Army’s communications, electronics and logistics community under numerous contractual vehicles. Our longstanding reputation and proven track record of dedicated support to their readiness missions throughout the world and the embedded alignment of our personnel with those we support was the reason for this win,” said Eugene C. Renzi, ManTech Senior Executive Vice President, and President of the ManTech Defense Systems Group. “It is a trust and reliance which we hold sacred.”
