How Space Daily reports

  • Mission reports begin with the closest available record: agency and operator statements, launch documentation, mission data, public filings and direct technical sources.
  • Science coverage links to the underlying paper, dataset or observatory record where practical. We distinguish peer-reviewed results from preprints, models, proposals and early findings.
  • Dates, distances, units and mission status receive particular scrutiny. Images are credited where available, and simulations or illustrations are identified as such.
  • Every article is reviewed and approved by a member of our team. AI tools may assist with research, drafting and checks, but Space Daily remains responsible for the sources, claims and final article.

Publishing since 1995

Space Daily began publishing in 1995 and was founded in Tokyo.

The archive includes work published under previous ownership and editorial systems. Current Brown Brothers Media standards apply to new work and to older articles that have been substantively reviewed. A technical migration or formatting change does not mean an older article has been re-reported or re-verified.
