Congress and the Senate have finalized the Commercial Space Act and sent it to the White House for the President’s signature. Pat Dasch, director of the National Space Society said the bill promotes licensing of reusable launch vehicles, encourages government to buy space data from private companies, and entrenches the launch voucher program.
