Kingston TLI, the international satellite and broadcast arm of the Kingston Communications Group, Eutelsat and ATC TELEPORTS, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American Tower Corporation are partnering to offer a new range of cost-effective occasional-use services between Europe and North America using Eutelsat’s Atlantic Gate satellite capacity at 12.5 degrees West.
Starting this month, Kingston TLI is offering both inbound and outbound services between London and the United States. ATC Teleports Inc. is providing access to the major US East Coast switches in New York and Washington, D.C. via its Washington, D.C. gateway and fibre network.
Eutelsat’s satellite offers a high capacity beam in the Ku-band across the Atlantic, connecting major cities in the eastern coast of the USA and Canada with Europe.
Having committed to new antenna systems at its Bedford (UK) Teleport and a massive investment in fibre connectivity this year, Kingston TLI is ideally placed to provide reliable and attractively priced end-to-end occasional use services to broadcasters.
