Bush Lauds 50% Cost Cut Per Shuttle Seat With Return To Flight-3 Program

US President George W. Bush said Saturday he was augmenting the space vision by retrospectively redeploying space shuttle resources, as NASA had already spent the entire estimated budget for developing the Crew Exploration Vehicle on the Shuttle Return To Flight 2 and Return To Flight 3 programs - some 20 billion dollars.
