Sidus Space (NASDAQ: SIDU), a Space and Data-as-a-Service satellite company, has successfully delivered two electronic LCS cabinets to Bechtel as part of NASA's mobile launcher 2 project. These cabinets are essential to the Launch Control System and signify a major milestone in Sidus Space's involvement in NASA's Artemis Campaign, which focuses on lunar exploration and colonization. Sidus Space is also continuing production on additional cabinets under a separate purchase order, reinforcing its ongoing support for future missions.

The delivery of these electronic LCS cabinets highlights Sidus Space's dedication to excellence in aerospace technology. Sidus has worked closely with Bechtel to develop custom cables and populate unique electronics cabinets that support both the launch control subsystem and ground special power subsystems.

Mobile launcher 2 is a pivotal ground platform structure for launching Space Launch System (SLS) rockets Block 1B and Block 2 configurations. These larger, more powerful configurations are central to NASA's objective of sending astronauts and heavy cargo to the moon as part of the Artemis Campaign.

"We are proud to announce the successful completion of the electronic LCS cabinets delivery to Bechtel, helping our partner deliver NASA's mobile launcher 2," said Rich Kube, Chief Production Officer at Sidus Space. "This achievement marks a key milestone in our contribution to NASA's Artemis Campaign. Our ongoing contribution of critical components to the launch of the SLS rockets Block 1B and Block 2 configurations reflects our unwavering commitment to supporting the Artemis Campaign and NASA's goal to explore and establish a presence on the lunar surface. As we continue production for additional cabinets, Sidus Space reaffirms its dedication to supporting future missions and advancing aerospace technology."
