Percepto, the market leader of on-site autonomous drone solutions, today revealed that it has participated in an operational experimentation program with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Science and Technology Directorate in collaboration with the U.S. Army. Percepto was invited to participate in the program to evaluate the ability of autonomous drones to perform intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations and to confirm the presence of adversary assets. XQ-58A Valkyrie demonstrator drone makes maiden flight Washington (UPI) Mar 8, 2019 The XQ-58A Valkyrie demonstrator drone completed its inaugural flight this week at Yuma Proving Ground in Arizona.
