DynCorp wins U.S. intelligence support contract by Richard Tomkins Mclean, Va. (UPI) Mar 14, 2016
DynCorp International is to provide engineering, facilities and logistics support for the U.S. Army's Intelligence and Security Command. The work is for INSCOM's G4 Worldwide Logistics Support program and has a one-year base period of performance, four one-year options and carries a total value of $320.5 million. "DynCorp International is thrilled to support Army INSCOM and the intelligence community in this vital component of their worldwide intelligence mission," said Susan Harrison, DI Program Manager and Account Manager for Army INSCOM. "This win further validates DynCorp International's reputation as a recognized worldwide expert in conventional and contingency logistics operations in complex environments," Randy Bockenstedt, DI Senior Vice President of DynLogistics said. "Having this opportunity to partner with Army INSCOM illustrates the value of DI's unique mission critical capabilities." DynCorp said its worldwide work under the Global Intelligence Support Services Ordering Contract will also benefit others in the U.S. intelligence community but additional details were not given.
